1. Eligibility – The giveaway is open to Guam and CNMI residents aged 18 years old and above who make qualifying purchases during the promotion period. Employees of the Citadel Pacific Group and members of their immediate family members are ineligible to win.
2. Promotion Period – The Summer Takeoff promotion is valid from June 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026.
3. Automatic Entry – Customers must purchase and load prepaid cards ($10 & $20 IT&E Prepaid Cards), activate prepaid sim cards/plans (Unlimited Prepaid Plan), or register on prepaid portal to be automatically entered into this giveaway. If customers do not load/activate, we are not able to track the entry.
4. Qualifying Entries – Prepaid cards must be loaded during the promo period. Prepaid sims must be activated during the promo period. Plan subscriptions must be activated during the promo period. Prepaid portal registration must be completed during the promo period. SMS entries must be texted to 3282 using short code during the promo period.
5. Grand Prize – One winner will be chosen at random in Guam and CNMI and will be awarded the grand prize listed below at the end of the promotion.

6. Having a PacificPoints Account – To be eligible to receive rewards through PacificPoints, customers must have a PacificPoints account for the rewards to be transferred. Prizes do not have a cash value therefore prizes are only able to be redeemed through a PacificPoints account.  By submitting your information and creating a MileagePlus Program account, you agree to the MileagePlus program rules and conditions and privacy policy.
7. Having a Mileage Plus Account – To be eligible to receive rewards through MileagePlus, customers must have a MileagePlus account for the rewards to be transferred. Prizes do not have a cash value therefore prizes are only able to be redeemed through a MileagePlus account.  By submitting your information and creating a MileagePlus Program account, you agree to the MileagePlus program rules and conditions and privacy policy.
8. Winner Notification – Winners are to be contacted via their prepaid number via SMS and phone call. Winners will have 5 business days to claim their winnings before a new winner is chosen.
9. Claiming Your Winnings – If the account is registered on our Prepaid Portal, we will need to just verify the ID of the person claiming the prize. If not, the person claiming MUST bring in the winning prepaid device/number in order for us to verify and claim their prize. ID will also be verified to ensure that the correct personal information was provided during initial contact.
10. Conditions – The giveaway is subject to availability and applicable laws. Void where prohibited. The weekly and grand prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
11. Disqualification – Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the raffle may be a violation of applicable criminal and civil laws, resulting in disqualification from participation in the raffle.
12. Modification of Terms – IT&E reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if the integrity of the raffle is compromised, without prior notice.
