Pick Up Options

Purchase online Monday through Thursday and we’ll have your phone activated and ready for pick up the next business day at your preferred store location that you have selected. If you purchase online on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your phone will be ready for pick up the following Monday (Guam), Tuesday (Saipan), Wednesday (Rota), or Thursday (Tinian). An IT&E service representative will contact you to confirm when your phone is ready for pickup.
