CNMI Typhoon Sinlaku Relief Support
Typhoon Sinlaku has impacted communities across the CNMI, and we understand the challenges this has created for our customers. IT&E is committed to supporting recovery efforts by providing service relief and flexibility during this time.
For customers who are still experiencing DSL internet service outages, we will provide billing credits for affected services. In addition, suspension and late fees will be waived for April and May to help ease the financial burden during recovery.

Customers in CNMI who are still without DSL internet service due to Typhoon Sinlaku will receive billing credits. We are also waiving suspension and late fees for April and May 2026.
No action is needed at this time. Eligible accounts will be reviewed and credited accordingly.
