How the Apprenticeship Works
Our Apprenticeship Program integrates paid, hands-on experience with structured classroom instruction. Apprentices earn a full-time wage from day one while receiving one-on-one mentorship from our experienced professionals throughout the program. Upon successful completion, apprentices are granted their regularized position with the company, ensuring a clear pathway to long-term employment and career growth.
Length of the Program
2–4 years, depending on occupation and required training hours
Qualifications & Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien
- Must have been a resident of Guam for a period not less than three (3) consecutive years
- Mayor’s Verification required upon hire
- Able to attend a minimum of two (2) classes per semester, while working forty (40) hours per week
What Apprentices Will Learn
